Arch Tor

William Crossing dismissively refers to Arch as both "merely a small lump of rock" and a "small mass". Terry Bound is pretty scathing saying; "..hardly worth the name 'tor'."

But its views are pleasant and the granite is interesting enough, with a couple of rock basins and perched atop the largest outcrop is a logan stone with the initials 'P.C' carved on its west face. Who, or what, these initials refer to is unclear but could it be "Powdermills Cottages?"
